Raising awareness among our employees about climate issues.

In 2024, M-extend France focused on raising awareness and on its commitment to climate issues.

In order to heighten awareness among our employees, a series of training sessions and workshops on climate change and environmental issues were offered to them.

Our goal through these workshops is to deepen the understanding of the causes and consequences of climate change, while encouraging everyone to become aware of the impact of their daily actions. That’s why we offered these workshops to our employees, so they can continue this awareness on an individual level:

• Climate Fresk workshop

To date, 26%of our employees have participated in a Climate Fresk workshop. This workshop addresses environmental issues with a fun and educational approach, allowing our employees to better understand the causes, consequences, and solutions to climate change, encouraging them to take action. By 2025, our goal is for 100% of our employees to have completed the Climate Fresk workshop.

• Raising awareness about planetary limits

50% of our managers took part in an awareness session led by Brieuc Saffré from Circulab. This training on planetary limits helped heighten awareness of the impact of our activities on the environment and deepened our understanding to guide us towards a more sustainable model. A second session is planned for 2025 to further draw attention to these issues among more of our managers.

• Participation at The Week

100% of our employees participated at The Week, an event aimed at promoting concrete actions for the environment. This event helps heighten awareness of environmental issues and encourages the implementation of transformation plans.

• Commitment of leaders to the Climate Business Convention.

2 pairs of leaders joined the West and Industries tracks of the Climate Business Convention (CBC). The goal of this convention is to help companies define concrete decarbonization pathways and support them in reducing their carbon footprint. This program presents a unique opportunity to transform our commitments into concrete and measurable actions.
