CEmonbus is making a stop at M-extend

A time for discussion to raise awareness among our employees about best health practices.

On Thursday, March 20, 2025, the CEMonBus from the prevention unit of the Eugène Marquis Center made a stop at M-extend, offering employees a unique opportunity to meet healthcare professionals and complete a preventive health check-up.

CEMonBus, a mobile unit dedicated to health prevention.

CEMonBus travels the roads to raise awareness among businesses and local communities about the importance of health prevention. During its stop at M-extend, the bus offered employees a special opportunity to engage with healthcare professionals, assess their lifestyle habits, and receive personalized advice to adopt healthier practices. The 45-minute sessions allowed for in-depth, tailored discussions. The aim is to prevent disease risks by addressing key topics such as smoking cessation, nutrition, sleep, physical activity, vaccinations, and screenings. Our employees who took part in this initiative greatly appreciated it, describing their exchanges with the professionals as “insightful” and “enriching,” with some expressing a desire to “learn more” about these crucial topics.
