M-extend puts team spirit in the spotlight.

M-extend is organising its annual challenge, which combines competition, team building and opportunities for our employees to bond.

At M-extend, we love taking on challenges and pushing ourselves further. That’s why, for several years now, we’ve been organizing a team challenge for our employees at the Loudun (86) and Acigné (35) sites. Each year, a different theme related to the company is chosen: after focusing on safety, innovation was the theme selected for 2025.

Throughout the month of July, our employees form teams of four and compete in a series of diverse challenges combining sports, intellectual tasks, and fun activities. It’s a great opportunity to strengthen team spirit and share meaningful moments with colleagues. At the end of the competition, the two best teams face off in a grand finale during our annual staff gathering a highly anticipated event that wraps up the challenge in style, with a prize awarded to the winning team.

Beyond the competition, this challenge is a chance for our teams to share warm, friendly moments and connect with colleagues from other departments all in an atmosphere where team spirit and good vibes are always present./p>
