A dedicated training program to plan ahead and look to the future

To best prepare for the transition from professional life to retirement, we offer our future retirees a dedicated training program: “Actively Preparing for Retirement,” in partnership with the Faculty of Trades and the Bruz Chamber of Commerce and Industry. Our goal is to provide guidance, open up new perspectives, and enable everyone to confidently build their life project after their professional career. Over the course of two days, participants benefit from comprehensive support to:

• Understand the evolving role of retirees in our society.
• Identify their desires and any potential concerns.
• Understand how their relationships with those around them may evolve.
• Begin building a meaningful life plan by embracing and managing free time.
• Become aware of financial management and the transfer of assets.

Training our employees is at the heart of our approach.That’s why supporting them through training during this professional transition allows them to approach retirement not as a break, but as a continuation, providing a true opportunity for personal reflection.
