Each year, our CSR report highlights the major changes in our company as we move towards our 2027 vision.

A company in full transformation.
The year 2022, has been synonymous for the M-extend group with transformation in all aspects: transformation of the company brand, commercial, industrial, of our organisation but also a transformation towards more robotics.
We wanted to share with you this CSR report which demonstrates our desire to move forward alongside you in the environmental, social and societal fields.

In addition to M-extend France and M-extend India, the scope of this CSR report has been expanded this year to include two other Group entities: M-extend do Brasil (Brazil) and ManuRob (robotics start-up).

Our responsibility is to contribute to the fight against climate change, as well as to the preservation of biodiversity and the limited resources of our planet. -

Our responsibility is, among other things, to act on the various factors of quality of life in the workplace, such as management, social climate, work environment, life balance and equal opportunities. This is a source of commitment and well-being for our employees. -

We manage M-extend in a spirit of transparency and responsibility by seeking the collaboration of all. Our economic development must preserve the world in which we live and that of future generations. -
Innovating in partnership
It is our responsibility to federate all internal and external skills to find technical and product innovations that are more respectful of human beings and the environment. -
Prioritising occupational health
Our responsibility is twofold: to offer healthy and safe working conditions to our employees, and to market ergonomic products for the benefit of users.
