M-extend France awarded for its commitment

M-extend France has been awarded the Ambassadors Trophy for its Vigilance Attitude program.

On March 27th, the third gathering of the Vigilance Attitude community took place, organized by Prévance a key event highlighting commitment and safety. On this occasion, M-extend France had the honor of receiving a trophy, recognizing its active involvement in promoting a culture of vigilance and prevention within the company.

Raising awareness among all our employees about everyday risks

In 2024, M-extend France joined the Vigilance Attitude program launched by Prévance. This initiative is designed to raise employee awareness of everyday risks whether in the workplace, on the road, or at home through a dedicated training day. The goal is to foster awareness of the importance of human factors, which remain the leading cause of workplace accidents.

Strengthening the Safety Culture at M-extend

Our ambition through Vigilance Attitude is to sustainably evolve our safety culture. We have already trained 240 employees through this program. Supported by their managers, they have now become agents of change, implementing new practices and adopting more vigilant behaviors in their daily routines. We will continue to roll out the program with the goal of training all our employees. This program has been integrated into all the safety rituals we uphold daily within the company.
