Governance within the M-extend group is implemented by the Board of Directors and the Supervisory Board.

M-extend is a family-owned, independent group, which allows us to remain firmly rooted in our values and to have both a medium- and a long-term strategic vision.
The main challenges for governance within the M-extend group are agility and responsiveness, coordination and unity, and efficiency and simplicity, in order to guide, share, create and be open.
Board of Directors
Its missions are to develop the company’s strategic plan in collaboration with the Supervisory Board and ensure its implementation, and to manage the group.

Its role is to ensure the smooth running of the company and control its management.
