Our family governance is an asset : its allows us to have long-term orientations and commitment to the M-extend group.
The governance of M-extend group welcomes the 3rd generation of the Mailleux family to both its Executive Management and its Supervisory Board.
Its ambition is to ensure a continuity, pursue the group’s development and look into the future by placing innovation and social responsability at the heart of its strategy.

The M-extend collective is in charge of the group’s operational management. It builds the company’s strategic project and ensured its implementation.
