The industrial organisation of the M-extend group is well integrated We have full control of the product creation process: design, testing, industrialisation, manufacturing (cutting, machining, welding, bending), painting, assembly, marketing and distribution. We start with the steel plate, working on it to make the finished product.
Ongoing investment in our production machinery Our industrial investments will amount to more than 30 million euros over the next few years. This enables us to strengthen our production processes and maintain a high level of industrial integration. This is reflected in the acquisition of new cutting, machining, mechanical welding and painting equipment.
We are agile and flexible.
A glocal industrial strategy Our management is both global and local. Our innovation (products, R&D, CSR, Finance, IT, etc.) is global, but we have production centres in various countries to serve local markets. The group has several production sites, in Acigné (35, France), Loudun (85, France), Curitiba (Brazil) and Pune (India). This allows us to adapt our handling equipment for each market. This industrial organisation allows us to produce to order and to deliver to our customers on time and to the expected quality.
